Dear Fellow Members of the USMLM Association,

On behalf of the newly elected staff I would like to thank you for this opportunity to serve the association and to build on the fine work which Bill Burhans and his team accomplished before us. As we transition with Bill and his staff, we are a little in awe of the work for which they have been responsible. Thanks to all of you.

Along with the First and Second Vice Presidents Don Schneider and Werner Hindrichs, Secretary Director Leisa Corbett, and Treasurer Allen Barrett, I am looking forward to the next couple years working to keep the association a forum for maintaining contact with friends and comrades as well as a source of information about the great work of the USMLM. 

We are each ready to field any suggestions or comments on making the organization the best of its kind, and you can always contact me directly with any requests. It was great to see so many mission members at our last reunion in 2007 and I’m looking forward to our next reunion in 2009.
